ACM Volunteer Leadership Team
Volunteer Leads and Captains provide expert support for all ACM events in Las Vegas. Our Volunteer Leadership team is selected because of their professional experience, proven leadership, and dedication to making each ACM event a success.
Each venue will have a Lead or Captain (sometimes both!) to act as the main point person between ACM staff and volunteers at that venue. Leads and Captains oversee the check-in/out process for ACM Volunteers, train venue volunteers, answer volunteer questions, schedule volunteer breaks, assist with redeployments, and assist ACM staff, as required.
Other than their big smiles and winning personalities, our Leads and Captains are also easily identified by their "Event Staff" shirts.
